Our Spanish representative Lasenor, the producer of food specialties derived from fats, has included in its portfolio Norgras MCT products, an oil (MCT) whose particularity is to have a low number of iodine (max 0.5) and therefore a high oxidation resistance.
It is an edible oil composed mainly of triglycerides, formed by C8 Caprylic acid and C10 Capric acid (in minor part, C6 Caproic acid and C12 Lauric acid).
Norgras MCT is Kosher and Halal certified.
It can be used in different applications such as:
Dilution of essential oils and similar products
Releasing agent for sweets and bakery products
anti-dusting agent (added in small percentages in the powders it lowers the dustiness)
