EV is a leading player in the distribution, manufacture and marketing of specialty chemicals and food ingredients.

Our story began in 1910, thanks to the innovative and forward-looking vision of our founders, G. Eigenmann and A. Veronelli, and since then we have grown to have a direct presence in 4 countries and a commercial reach in more than 40.

Today we are an integrated Group with subsidiaries specialized by geography and application.

EV is headquartered in Rho (MI) Italy, with commercial offices in Barcelona, Istanbul and Dubai.

We are formulation experts and solutions providers specialized in nutrition, healthcare, beauty & personal care, coatings & construction, advanced materials and performance solutions, creating unique value across all our areas of expertise.

We distribute over 3,500 products and provide innovative services to our network of more than 250+ suppliers and 4,000+ customers.

Our industrial footprint is a strategic corporate asset that distinguishes us from our competitors. The Group has two production plants in Italy, with a total surface area of 75,000 sqm – one in Trecate (Novara) and the other in Tradate (Varese) – that manufacture additives used in several different fields.

Across our network of application laboratories, the R&D team helps develop formulations and provides technical guidance throughout the customer product development process.

Our efforts to have a positive impact on the environment and the societies in which we operate have earned us the EcoVadis Gold rating.
