The agreement broadens access to Perfat’s lipid-based ingredient solutions through EV’s commercial and technical platform across two strategic markets.
Pero (MI), Italy, October 8, 2026 – Eigenmann & Veronelli Group (EV), a leading international distributor of specialty chemicals and food ingredients, has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Perfat Technologies, a Finnish developer and manufacturer of value-added lipid-based ingredients, covering Italy and Turkey.
Under the agreement, EV will exclusively represent and distribute Perfat Soft, expanding its food ingredients portfolio and strengthening the market presence of Perfat’s solutions across both countries.
The partnership combines Perfat’s product expertise with EV’s established commercial organisation and technical capabilities, supporting food manufacturers with solutions designed to meet evolving formulation and performance requirements.
